1. Before digital delivery

If an order has been paid but access has not been issued and no download has begun, request cancellation as soon as possible. An eligible cancellation will be returned to the original payment method.

2. During the cancellation period

A consumer may ordinarily notify cancellation within 14 days of the contract. When immediate digital content is requested, the checkout and confirmation must explain the effect that beginning supply has on the cancellation right. See the Refund Policy for faulty content and goodwill review.

3. No recurring subscription

The current catalogue uses one-time product prices. There is no recurring membership to cancel unless a future product page and checkout clearly introduce one. An access period describes how long course hosting is available; it is not an automatic renewal.

4. How to cancel

Send an unambiguous cancellation request to the verified support email that must be added before checkout opens. Include the buyer name, order email, product and date. A reason is helpful but is not required where a statutory cancellation right applies.

5. Confirmation

A cancellation decision and any resulting refund should be confirmed in writing. Keep the confirmation and order receipt for reference.
