1. Pre-launch status
This version of the site is a pre-launch course catalogue. Ordering is unavailable until a verified support email, provider correspondence details and a tested Stripe Payment Link for each product are added. Browsing this site alone does not form a sales contract.
2. Product information
Each product page forms part of the pre-contract information. It states the product name, one-time USD price, format, intended learner, deliverables, learning sequence, delivery, access, requirements, included support, exclusions and known limitations. The buyer should review that page before payment.
3. Contract and payment
When checkout is enabled, a contract is formed after successful payment and an order confirmation is issued. Payments will be processed through Stripe. Any tax shown or collected at checkout will depend on the buyer's location and the applicable payment configuration. No recurring subscription is included unless a product page and checkout expressly say otherwise.
4. Delivery and access
Delivery occurs through the method stated on the product page. The buyer is responsible for entering a usable email address, keeping account credentials secure and checking system requirements. Access periods start when the access instructions are sent or the course account is activated, unless the confirmation states a later date.
5. Personal licence
A purchase grants one named learner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal learning. Course videos, files, templates and downloads may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to another service, used to train an AI model, copied for a team or represented as the buyer's own course. Corporate or multi-learner use requires a separate written licence.
6. Educational boundary
The products provide general education and fictional practice material. They are not legal, employment, HR, security, accounting, statistical or data-protection advice; they do not certify compliance or professional competence. The buyer remains responsible for workplace policy, tool permissions, human review and decisions.
7. Learner responsibilities
- Use only data and systems the learner is authorised to use.
- Do not place confidential, personal, regulated or third-party information into exercises without permission.
- Test any formula, script, chart or AI-assisted workflow before workplace use.
- Keep a human responsible for facts, interpretation, communication and consequential decisions.
8. Availability and changes
Reasonable technical maintenance may temporarily affect access. Material may be corrected or updated to reflect tool changes without reducing the core scope already purchased. If a material cannot be supplied as described, an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund will be considered under applicable law.
9. Refunds and cancellation
The Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted.
10. Liability and outcomes
Nothing limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. Subject to that rule, no income, employment, productivity, accuracy, compliance, tool availability or business outcome is promised. The products should not be used as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
11. Governing law
These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable to the provider in the United Kingdom, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections available in the buyer's place of residence. Final governing-law and correspondence details must be verified before checkout is enabled.
